How To Start Running?
I’ll not make this post too lengthy and a bible for you to read. I’ll guide you in short and in points only so you can remember easily and bookmark this post for your guidance.
#1 Buy Running Shoe – Invest in good pair of running shoes, I suggest Adidas, Nike, Sketchers, puma for the same. (Available on Amazon)
#2 Include Protein Food in your Diet – Always try to get your protein from foods only and you can take whey protein after the training.
#3 Include Green Vegetables – Green vegetables help you a lot in stamina and nutrition, always eat green vegetables as much as you can.
#4 Include Fruits – Fruits help you to maintain your sugar level and have other nutritions that help you in running.
#5 Increase Water Intake – Try to drink water as much as you can, Make a habit of drinking water in the early morning
#6 Start taking multivitamins – Multivitamins are very important in your training to meet daily requirements.
#7 Use Ashwagandha – Ashwagandha has lots of benefits and decreases your stress level. (Available on Amazon)
#8 Run once a week – Don’t go too fast – always run once a week to avoid injuries.
#9 Don’t smoke or take alcohol – if you are really serious about your running then you have to leave smoking and alcohol.
#10 Don’t assume early results – you have to be consistent and don’t assume that you will get lean in a month, it is a long process and journey

#12 Walk and jog – you are not competing with anyone you have competition with your own so you can jog between your runnings.
